Our office may not have specific information for your plan, so if your are not sure, please call your Insurance and ask if Dr. James Greer is in your Network.

Patient is responsible to know if a Referral or Authorization is needed from their Primary Doctor to see a Specialist.

COPAYS are due at the Time of Service and can be paid by CASH, CHECK, or CREDIT/DEBIT. We do not take Care Credit.
